Nature of Duties:

Supervises and coordinates the activities of DFIDepartment workers engaged in the manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards. Studies production schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for the timely completion of job assignments. Interprets company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations. Interprets job specifications and assigns employees' duties. Assists employees in adhering to set work procedures. Uses knowledge of machine capacities and equipment performance to complete production schedules on time. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase DFI department efficiency. Analyzes and resolves work problems. Reports issues and situations between employees to the proper management personnel. Initiates and suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve work goals. Recommends and initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges and disciplinary measures. May train new workers. Maintains time and production records. May confer with other Supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Must be adept in the activities the employees who report to them are engaged in. Conducts frequent \\"huddles\\" with employees to keep them informed of internal company matters. This is a \\"hands-on\\" position which frequently involves moving product.

Education and Experience:

Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must possess the ability to lead and give clear direction to others. PriorPCB related experience preferred.

Aptitude to organize self as well as other team member's activities.

Capability to effectively negotiate with and manage vendors.

Working knowledge of or capacity to learn PC software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook,

Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Must be flexible, open to work weekend when needed.

Proven leadership, accountability and people skills

Strong writing and communication skills, communicate well with all levels of the organization and cross functional groups

This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
