Job Description

ENSCO, Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Performing as a HR Representative for our offsite locations
* Completion of HR related projects
* Assisting with offer letter creation and sending out offer packages
* Processing all HR changes by collecting completed forms, getting correct approval signatures, ensuring data is complete and accurate, and HRIS data entry
* Conducting background checks for entire company working with third party vendor
* Assisting new hires and current employees with enrollment in Benefit Administration System
* Answering questions about human resources policies and procedures, and referring to a specialist when needed
* Researching and keeping up to date on Compliance and Legal Changes
* Completing I-9 verifications and E-Verify
* Virginia and Multi-State New Hire Reporting
* Onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life cycle management processes
* Being a back-up for new hire orientations when needed
* Filing and collecting HR/Benefits Documents
* Entering Purchase Requisitions into Accounting system

Qualifications Required (Skills)

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent; or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with Onboarding Software, HR Management Software, and Employee Benefits System
- Cognos Reporting or similar report writing tool
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and problem resolution
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong computer skills (proficiency with MS Office)
- Excellent planning, time management and decision-making skills
- Some local travel is required for this position, including but not limited to off-site locations you will support

Qualifications Desired

- Experience with RedCarpet Onboarding Software
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint HR Management Software
- Experience with Web Benefits Design (WBD) employee benefits system
