Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Leader, User Experience and Design, as Director of Product Management, you will lead product strategy and product management for several products and technologies including Silversheet, VMS platforms and other solutions that we may acquire down the road as a result of acquisitions.

We will look to you to set the strategy and define the roadmap for the product(s) or product line(s). You will analyze the market conditions and competitors to determine why a company should develop a product or enhance a product, when the best time to do it is and what the product should be. Once the planning stages are completed, you will develop a production timeline and oversee the creation of the product.

You will lead a team of approximately 4-10 Product Managers and Product Owners to support the product development from concept, design, testing, production launch, forecast, cost estimation, promotion, support, and finally product end of life. You can expect to run multiple product teams, coordinate across all and coach your direct reports to reach their highest levels of success and engagement.

One of your key objectives will be to deliver the operating plan and achieve growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers.You will also be responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.
Role Specifics
More specifically, your key job responsibilities will be to:

Manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners

Manage multiple product roadmaps and backlogs
-
Support prioritization of product roadmaps and backlog in working closely with key business stakeholders and customers

Work with team to develop backlog of user stories and define achievable acceptance criteria
-
Manage sprint goals, sprint backlogs for the engineering teams along with monitoring the ongoing progress of product delivery

Develop go to market strategy and feature release milestones
-
Define product KPIs and track product performance
-
Refine our Agile methodology based on results and feedback

Keep track of industry trends and best practicesThe Ideal Candidate
To be a strong fit for this opportunity you will have:

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
-
Product Management certifications beneficial.
-
10+ years of continuous commercial experience as a Product Management Leader or similar role in product management including B2B experience and/or Healthcare experience.

Combination of start-up, acquisition, and enterprise experience.

Experience defining and carrying out go-to market strategy with real-world experience of implementing and executing in Agile methodology using various tools.

Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.

You can expect to travel approximately 20 to 30 percent of the time to meet with your team and clients.
