We are looking for a project coordinator to plan and manage team objectives, project schedules, and new information. The project coordinator will work closely with project team members to keep workflow on track.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience in planning and managing team objectives, project schedules, and new information.

- Experience working closely with project team members to keep workflow on track.

- Experience in establishing and configuring electronic depository for project information and provide ease of access for project team members

- Demonstratable proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office suite (e.g Word, Excel, Power point). Demonstrate experience in use of tools to establish meetings with participants in multiple location/remote site

- Experience in managing project-related paperwork ensuring all necessary materials are organized, current, properly filed and stored.

- Demonstrate active participation in project meetings and ability to generate thorough meeting minutes and action items. Track action items to closure
Experience/Education required: Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2-3 years in project coordination. Degree in information technology is ideal.
Clearance required: Current active 'SECRET' Security clearance
Location: Kekaha, HI at PMRF facility
