We are seeking wastewater professionals at our STAFF level to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow and become part of a flourishing group of esteemed professionals. At H2M, our wastewater engineers recognize that no two projects are exactly alike. We understand that two pump stations with the same capacities and specifications can pose unique challenges in their design, construction, operation, and maintenance. Using cutting-edge solutions, detailed construction drawings, and comprehensive internal quality control practices, H2M delivers design excellence on time and on budget.

In this role, you will work within a project team to support wastewater infrastructure projects from initial project programming through construction with the support and guidance of seasoned professionals.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering with wastewater coursework preferred.


• 0 - 4 years years of technical design experience in the consulting field


• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD. Knowledge in Civil 3D, Revit and BIM a plus


• Self-motivated and eager to learn.


• FE/EIT Certification preferred.
