Position Summary:
We are looking for Digital Marketing Performance Manager guiding best in class execution of Digital Marketing Campaigns.
Helps to lift the Digital Campaign Performance to the next level of sophistication through optimization & data injection.
Manage the agencies and campaign managers to ensure cutting edge use of data targeting and audience buying
Main responsibility will be Agency Steering, KPI Monitoring, Dynamic Creative Testing and knowledge transfer of results and insight into the US organization & respective brand managers. Insights should be prepared in a way that Brand Managers are able to adjust further Brand Campaigns Concepts based on User Data Insights.
Responsibilities:
Lead Campaign Setup & Optimization in programmatic, video, display, analysis of existing data to identify relevant patterns in user behavior to activate via segmentation
Drive multi-channel marketing to seamlessly combine on- & offline
Optimize media booking by support and challenge media agencies (creation & booking), define campaign tactics and integrate existing data, training the marketing teams,
Search Engine Optimization
Drive KPI´s through cross departmental collaboration, KPI Monitoring
Maintain Tracking & Tagging Setup
Continuous Campaign Tracking, benchmarking
Fluid Data based budget allocation on a monthly basis
Further Development of Dynamic Creative in conception of testing grids, reporting & optimization
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of digital marketing experience
Proven track record in media booking and conversion including solid knowledge in programmatic booking, customer journey attribution & tracking, multi-variant testing, affinity/contextual/behavioral targeting, dynamic media creation and e-commerce, driving large-scale media campaigns that are steered in an iterative result-driven approach
Detail oriented, analytical mindset, technical aptitude, with an understanding of the digital display marketplace.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues, with good understanding for data mining and KPI focus
Experience in Setting up & running dynamic creative execution
Experience in Multi Chanel Media Planning
