Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary, Full-Time)

Hi, I'm Jenny Berkedal, Director of Global Talent at Puppet,

I'm looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary, Full-Time) to work closely with Puppet recruiters, job candidates, and other human resources professionals in support of Puppets' hiring needs. You will manage the back-end administrative part of the recruitment process-- opening jobs in our Applicant Tracking system, posting jobs to public job boards, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and generating offer letters. You are a champion of positive candidate experience and use this lens to help strategize ways to improve our recruiting process. You're the organized, detail-oriented, heart of the recruiting team!
Meaningful work you'll contribute

- Provides administrative support for all recruiting activities in geos across the globe

- Opening positions in Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking system

- Configuring Interview Plans in Greenhouse

- Posting jobs to job boards

- Scheduling interviews

- Conducting phone screens

- Generating offer letters

- Documents team process and procedure

- Coordinates Puppet Swag, event materials, and collateral production (when events are back up and running!)

- Assists with recruiting events and talent branding activities

- Creates and maintains recruiting reports

Valuable experiences and skills you'll bring to Puppet

- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordinator position.

- Experience using an applicant tracking system, Greenhouse preferred!

- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills. There's a nearly unbounded amount of possible things to work on, so it's important to know how to prioritize tasks and seek help or move on when it's appropriate

- Strong calendar management and scheduling capability

- Attention to detail and obsessive follow-through

- A natural inclination towards customer service and a passion for providing excellent support to others

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to use audio-visual equipment for event hosting

- A curiosity to learn more about talent acquisition and general HR principles and practices
