ABOUT THE NEST

At bluebird, only two things matter - patients and our people. When you join the nest, you're not just landing a new gig, you become a part of a flock that's soaring to new heights. We're 1100+ doers, thinkers and collaborators across 7 countries with a strong sense of our values and our purpose. Our innovation and sustainability are rooted in the diversity of our flock and results are achieved through cooperation and the incorporation of multiple points of view. This is personal and we approach every challenge with radical care. The time is now to rise up and recode the science, the systems, and the status quo.

ABOUT THE FLOCK

The Lab Operations & Metrology flock is all about being nimble with the motivation to meet the customer's expectations. Whether it's making sure all lab equipment is maintained on time, going that extra mile to ensure our science is being supported with superior response to repairs, or assisting the project management team with efficiency driven projects, we excel by combining our individual expertise into a cohesive, high functioning team. Come work with a \\"customer first\\" group of birds that loves rising to the challenge as much as we do in supporting our science teams as they push to meet the needs of our patients.

- Meeting weekly to review production schedules, planning of corrective and preventative maintenance work orders, and scheduling of maintenance.

- Driving scheduling with internal technicians and external vendors for timely completion of work orders.

- Helping to manage and eliminate the backlog of maintenance work orders.

- Working with Security and EHS teams to manage onsite vendors in a safe and secure manner.

- Successfully build critical relationships with Laboratory, Research, and Facilities personnel.

- Other related tasks as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
