Kronos Workforce Consultant

Location and Travel: Atlanta, GA

Job Requirements

• Experience supporting and implementing Kronos Workforce Central Suite versions 7.0 through 8.X.


• Any experience with Workforce Dimensions will also be considered.


• Experience configuring and supporting Kronos Workforce Timekeeper (and/or ADP) version 7.0 and above for at least 7+ years.


• Experience supporting and implementing Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules.


• Ability to support interfaces using Kronos WIM


• Ability to support & configure WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals).


• Knowledge of one or more of the following while not essential will be considered a plus:


• Advanced Scheduler


• Forecaster


• Mobile


• Analytics


• Activities and other Workforce Central modules.


• Should have at least 10 years’ experience working with Kronos application suite. 


• This role requires complete domain expertise of Kronos Workforce Central suite of products and hence the requirement for ability to provide support to a client


• Excellent client interaction and communication skills needed.


• Should be able to communicate to the end users effectively providing expertise supporting the Kronos application. 


• Work in a complex technology environment requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.


• Excellent communication and core consulting skills

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree
