Digital Platform Services

Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) is a team aligned to Digital Platform Services (DPS) Operations organization. Our team is responsible for accelerating and driving key programs across various lines of Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). This group works as a change delivery Services organization with a group of business analysts, project managers, test analysts, process re-engineering analysts supporting change across global locations.

The Role

The successful candidate will be leading change projects and will have involvement in all phases of project life cycle, with primary responsibility of delivery of Regulatory, Strategic and Run the Bank deliveries for multiple Markets Business Lines. Aside from the stated deliveries, the candidate will be expected to drive, contribute and execute on multiple in house initiatives bringing efficiencies and improving productivity. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work with multi level stakeholders and on multiple initiatives hence giving a huge range of exposure.

In the immediate capacity, the candidate will be expected to lead Test Automation Delivery with a team of 4 in house developers to be hired by the successful candidate, for a strategic Legal entity change program across all Markets Ops Lobs and impacted Cross LOB Ops groups

Key responsibilities

- Define, agree, drive and own the Automation strategy and agenda for the Eurobank program for Markets Ops in coordination with the Test manager

- Hire the development resources to drive the Test Automation

- Prioritize and deliver the automation book of work using a buck for bang analysis, articulate benefit statement for senior stakeholders

- Co-Lead Testing efforts (manual or otherwise) for the Eurobank Program for Markets Ops

- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, propose and execute solutions

- Create, summarise and visually present executive level updates that can be evidenced through data

- Deliver milestones agreed with internal and external stakeholders to a high quality

- Execute at multiple levels on multiple phases of change management

- Partner well with peers across locations

- Influence stakeholders and consistently demonstrate value adds

- Leverage the wider organization to deliver value at scale

Essential Skills

- Proven track record of leading leading Automation deliveries for large scale programs

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Test Automation tools such as Smartspec and Win automation

- Understanding of datasets and data analytics (Tableau, Alteryx)

- Understanding of various phases of Software Development Lifecycle

- Excellent executive level communication skills

- Background in Trade life cycle for Markets Lines of Business desirable.

- Senior Stakeholder management expertise

- Change Management experience
