JPMorgan's Commercial Bank (CB) is a market leading provider of Treasury Services (TS) products to the Corporate Client Banking, Middle Market, Government, Healthcare, Not-for-Profit, Financial Institutions Group and Real Estate markets. The CB TS Payables Product Sales Specialist (PSS) role is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for Core Cash Payables and Digital Platform product sales, delivering best-in-class product solutioning that leverages the collective payables capabilities of the Firm, and generating profitable TS payables revenue. Key focus of this role is to arm and train TS Sales and Bankers to sell Payables deals independently while engaging deeply on the largest and most complex Payables opportunities in their market.

The Payables PSS role requires a deep understanding of CB's TS Core Cash Payables solutions, connectivity solutions and technological advancements with payments and open banking. The PSS role brings a robust payments process knowledge to identify, create and pitch profitable, client-tailored solutions; and understanding industry trends, market pricing and competitive intelligence as inputs into deal strategy and the CB product roadmap. The Payables PSS role will also help lead client payables process re-engineering recommendations, perform business case analyses for clients supporting an integrated payables solution set, and articulate the end-to-end operational and working capital benefits of our disbursement products. They will work closely with the Product Delivery, Commercial Card, Supply Chain Financing (SCF) and Foreign Exchange (FX) product sales teams in this pursuit.

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of Treasury/Cash Management sales or product management/development experience, with a focus on the payables product set
  • Strong technical expertise, payments industry knowledge, open banking concepts, and consultative background around complex solutions
  • Strong executive management presentation skills, including ability to sell at the C-level
  • Exceptional capability in understanding customer needs and turning needs into actionable solutions and sales
  • Ability to generate ideas, identify and drive the development of new business
  • Demonstrates excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrates strong time management, organizational and planning skills
  • Has the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
