Responsibilities
Sabre has an open position as an Atlassian Tools manager supporting the MQ-4 Triton Program.
As the Atlassian tools manager you will set up, configure and manage the Jira and Confluence tools for the Engineering/Software team. You will track and report on all Jira issues and Confluence project documents. You will create metrics, reports and charts for all Jira issues to provide all stakeholders with a clear picture of the team/project's progress. The selected applicant will also:
Create and manage JIRA custom workflows and fields
- Create JIRA dashboards, queries and reports to track historical data
- Create and manage Confluence program templates
- Work with stakeholders to determine ways to optimize/improve setup and workflows and map existing processes and establish goals for process improvement
Qualifications
- HS Diploma required
- AA or BS in Computer Science or Information Systems is highly desired
- Two (2) years of experience managing Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence
- Experience managing both applications together as a single program/project source, Confluence for knowledge management and Jira for work management is a plus
- Experience with creating and managing Confluence templates
- Experience using Confluence macros to build customized spaces and pages to support program needs
- Experience creating and managing JIRA dashboards, custom workflows and fields
- Experience with 3rd party plugins and/or ability to develop plugins to support program needs is a plus
- An Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
