DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Lead design, engineering, operations and marketing teams to drive new digital product initiatives. Envision, research, and define new product features and optimizations for current features and incorporate them into a product roadmap. Manage and communicate prioritization of features to senior stakeholders. Identify market opportunities and define product strategies to reflect new opportunities. Create and manage a robust roadmap from MVP to market, cycling through a customer centric design focused approach and innovation. Provide clear vision and scope documentation, using cases, workflows, wire-frames, design and product requirements, and other materials to support UX design and development. Develop and implement organizational processes in partnership with senior management and cross-functional teams to support the acquisition and servicing of clients through digital channels. Enhance the firm's goals planning capabilities for both Chase and JPMorgan clients including tools and experiences to help Clients articulate goals, understand tradeoffs, set a path to achievement, and track progress towards goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Competitive and Organizational Strategy, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as Senior Consultant, Engineer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: Project execution; JIRA; Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Business process management tools including Appway; Agile software development; Effort estimation; Business & functional requirement gathering; Software development life-cycle; and Quality review and user acceptance testing.Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
