Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a Regional C5ISR Sustainment Manager with experience to support the sustainment of US Navy C5ISR equipment worldwide. The selected candidate will responsible for all sustainment activities in the given region. The candidate will report directly to the contract Program Manager. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring all preventative maintenance and correct maintenance activities are complete within approved schedule and budget.

Job Description:
- Manage, influence, and mentor a team of technicians to ensure maintenance activities are completed.
- Reporting schedule status to Program Manager
- Reporting labor estimates to Program Manager
- Reporting issues in the assigned region to the Program Manager
- Develop training plan for technicians in the region

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a Manager of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) or C5ISR Maintenance Technicians
- Provide input to the Program Manager for contract modifications for labor and material costs
- Proven ability to meet critical schedule deadlines
- Ability to access military installations
- US Citizen
- Up to 50% travel

Desired / Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Remedy ticketing system preferred
