PA Consulting Group is currently seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to support our ambitious growth targets in the Americas, across a range of disciplines which includes technical recruiting.

As an experienced-hire recruiter, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of recruiting to include candidate sourcing, assessment and selection as well as effectively marketing and advertising for vacancies in the Americas.

The position will be based in Cambridge, MA and will be part of a small team of recruitment professionals. In collaboration with a global Talent Acquisition team and broader HR team, you will contribute to the growth of the business through the development and execution of Talent Acquisition strategies.

- Meets with internal stakeholders to discuss upcoming talent acquisition needs and to develop a multi-faceted recruitment strategy and a defined interview process for requisitions assigned.

- Sources active and passive candidates using multiple methods and resources including, but not limited to: applicants, online databases, employee referrals, and internal candidates.

- Screens all candidates for qualifications, motivational fit, detailed compensation history, relocation needs, and availability, etc.

- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement

- Develop and implement organizational recruiting strategies to attract the best qualified candidates

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates within the Life Science industry

- Focus on continuous, improvement and make suggestions to improve the staffing process, policies, strategy

- Troubleshoot problems that arise in connection with recruiting and hiring process as well as contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.

- Ensure the organization complies with local laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring

- Refers short-listed candidates to hiring manager; makes recommendations regarding hiring of candidates and facilitates in all stages throughout the selection process

- Educates candidates on the total value proposition of PA Consulting including our company's benefits, career development opportunity, variable pay structure, bonus, etc.

- In accordance with approved processes, maintains requisition and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system and other required documentation and tracking resources

- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What we're looking for

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within the Life Science, Bio Pharma, Med Device space

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- Uses competency based behavioral interview techniques to ensure candidates match all specifications of the position including organizational fit and job fit

- Will actively recruit and qualify professionals within the Life Science industry

- Become proficient in PA's systems, procedures and best practices

- Subject matter expert as well as contributor to the sales team in terms of work ethic, performance and activity

- Strategic in thought process as well as tactical in day to day activities in order to achieve strategic goals

- Must have a high energy level, sense of urgency and passion towards success

- Must demonstrate the ability to network and leverage consultants for referrals

- Experience recruiting in a rapid growth environment preferred

- Experience with recruitment technology platforms and applicant tracking systems

- Ability to influence and drive Talent Acquisition process beginning to end

- The ability to work in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment

- The ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organization
