Quality Engineering and Assurance Solution Architect - HealthCare at Cognizant in San Francisco, California

Job Description:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking highly skilled Quality Engineering Solution Architect in Health Care Industry who will build end to end solutions in areas including Digital Assurance, Validation Services, Agile/DevOps transformation, Automation, Performance, and next gen Quality Engineering services and Operating models. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop end to end solution constructs on QE&A RFP and proactive pursuits in areas around digital assurance, legacy modernization, Cloud assurance, Agile/DevOps implementation and next gen QE&A Operating models 

• Build an integrated solution strategy working across different technology groups/horizontals including Enterprise Applications, ADM, Infrastructure services and Digital Engineering

• Design an Integrated Operating model across towers and jointly build engagement level Transformation themes

• Articulate solution in terms of business outcomes/outputs and come with a product mindset to developing solutions

• Work with FPA team and each of the towers to review effort and cost inputs for overall solution efficacy, deliverability and Winnability

• Present and lead solution alignment workshops with our customers

• Solution Selling - Ensuring quality solution delivery and subsequent solution selling to other key stakeholders

• Creating collaterals: Creating capability decks, case studies, mailers and contribute to creation of assets 

• Bid Management - Managing an RFX/bid end-to-end and drive the overall response process while coordinating with various other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of strong experience in Quality Engineering, validation services, with at least 5+ years in Healthcare industry vertical and managing QA delivery/program management, pre sales and client engagement

• Be knowledgeable on the QA offerings, products, credentials and case studies

• Experience in Client facing roles

• Experience in anchoring / supporting large RFPs

• Very good working knowledge of QA practices, functional and non-functional testing and critical metrics related to QA Services

• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly-matrixed environment

• Excellent problem solving, business communication (written & oral) skills

• Experience with Agile/DevOps and Cloud assurance and 

• Knowledge of AI/ML solutions in QA

• Knowledge of QA competitors and their products/services

• Under normal conditions, travel as needed, not exceeding 25% 

• Experience in QA consulting a plus
