Job Description:

Your role:  Inbound Sales Specialist

Your purpose:

The Inbound Sales Specialist is responsible to help improve the overall growth of the department by taking inbound calls and turning them into leads that eventually bring business.

Your responsibilities:


  • Take incoming leasing calls

  • Enter leads into the system

  • Track leads data

  • Responsible for tenant move-in surveys on a monthly basis

  • Tracking of agent and property management referral(s)

  • Broker updates in Goldmine

  • Assist with credit checks, releasing lease packets/lease agreements as needed

  • Parameter changes for individual properties at year-end

  • Gathering of information for budgets

  • Website chat operator for leasing

  • Tracking/sending e-gift cards for agent referrals

  • Assist leasing management with various duties

Your experience and skills:


  • Driven, persistent and money motivated

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Experienced with cold-calling, overcoming objections and sales presenting

  • Valid Driver’s License required

  • Proficient in various computer software programs and Microsoft office(s)
