Job Description:

The Optimization Team Senior Project Leader will design, plan and implement processes that support business optimization and educate our associates in galleries, outlets, customer delight (service) centers and home delivery centers. They enjoy a "startup" mentality and have the desire and ability to navigate through multiple competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, an analytical mind, business acumen, an ability to simplify and a focus on our operational processes

• Become an expert in the operational processes and procedures of our field teams​.


• ​Uncover opportunities to add value, remove obstacles and streamline/simplify complex processes holistically for our Galleries, Outlets, Home Delivery Centers, and Delight Centers.


• Collaborate with field teams to implement best practices, and develop strong, collaborative working relationships.


• Create, communicate and oversee improved policies and procedures for execution in the field.


• Design and develop communication and training materials with the appropriate content, voice, and context for the audience.


• Lead and/or participate in innovative business improvement projects that drive change and simplify our processes to best serve our people and our customers.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Driven to provide excellent service to our galleries, outlets, home delivery centers, and delight centers.


• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to quickly change gears based on business needs.


• Experience with international operations and expansion.


• Perform consistently in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of communications.


• Excellent oral and written communication.


• Adept at quickly identifying, interpreting and solving problems. Expert at making quick, accurate and appropriate decisions and using experiences to affect positive change.


• Ability to assess overall effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary.


• High personal performance standards, a strong attention to detail, as well as the desire to constantly learn and improve.


• High level of expertise with Excel and Google Sheets.

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Driver’s license preferred.


• Ability to travel locally or out of state.
