Your Role:
This position will be primarily responsible for the maintenance repairs of manufacturing equipment in the Danvers operations at 17 CHD. In this role you will handle maintenance and repair of equipment on production floor. The working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 9:00pm-7:30am.
* Support engineering projects and perform equipment validations
* Support Process Engineers in troubleshooting of production floor equipment
* Identify and isolate problems for further analysis
* Collect and document results and generate reports
Physical Attributes:
* Occasionally lift or move up to 50lbs, with or without accommodation
Who You Are:
Basic Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* 1+ years' experience in a mechanical or electrical field
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related Mechanical discipline
* Certification in repairs & maintenance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within an organization
* Writing skills sufficient to compose and edit a variety of documents, with the ability to pay close attention to detail and proofread work carefully
* Ability to work in a flexible way that allows for changes in assignments and priorities depending upon identified needs of the unit
* Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
* Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks accurately
* Good keyboarding skills with experience using Microsoft word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
* Ability to use hand tools, small power tools and test equipment
* Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment
