JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Is responsible for making home visits to assigned patients requiring skilled intermittent professional nursing services in the home. All findings and/or changes regarding patient are communicated to the following physician
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
Knowledge of homecare nursing, home intravenous therapy, Medicare regulations, JCAHO standards, home care reimbursement, and basic personal computer skills. Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. BLS certification. Current driver's licence, auto insurance and reliable transportation. RN will work 1 weekend every month and 1 summer & 1 winter holiday. On-Call shifts are also required.
