Job Description:

This is a job share position. The qualified candidate(s) will work Monday - Friday (4 pm - 8 pm) and Saturday (8 am - 6 pm).

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and transfer calls to appropriate person/department
Responsible for handling cash drawer and balancing it daily
Process cash, check and credit card receipts for sales, parts and service departments
Maintain dealer license plate inventory
Light filing
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Other duties as assigned
Set service appointments through inbound and outbound calls
