Job Description:

Responsible for processing claims (medical, dental, FSA) in accordance with standard operating procedures. Processing includes adjudication of claims, management of correspondence, internal and external communications. Contributes to team goals on achieving organizational objectives.

Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of claims processing and ability to work in a fast paced production environment. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must have good organizational skills and be detail oriented. Excellent decision and judgment skills. Ability to work independently and with the team.

Qualifications
Problem Solving Skills: Ability to research and seek assistance through resources provided to insure resolution on claim or correspondence is completed. Must be able to multi-task and follow-up at appropriate intervals. Raise concern with management on workload or issues in a timely manner.
