Agilent is seeking a Production Operator for our day shift, who likes working in a fast-growing production environment for our Sacramento, CA Manufacturing and Development Center of Excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Sets up and operates fabrication processes and equipment to produce consumable products.
* Performs a variety of process support tasks including maintenance of records and/or databases
* Manages and completes multiple tasks and projects which require planning and judgment
* Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
* Participates, cooperates and contributes as part of a team.
* Identifies and implements improvements within assign area.
* Develops solutions on how to resolve issues that are identified during daily work.
* Provides feedback to supervisor, lead technician or technical support group on safety, quality, interpersonal and process related issues.
* Ability to routinely lift and move 25 lb. loads

Required Qualifications:

* 3+ years' experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment, academic lab or equivalent educational background.
* Basic math, verbal & written communication skills, and aptitude to follow complex instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and skill to multi-task and organize thoughts as needed.
* Willingness to work overtime as required and competence in planning and maintaining area throughput.

Desired Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience in a chemistry and or biochemical manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office products including Excel, and Word.
* Experience with SAP or related ERP system.
