JOB SUMMARY
This position is a key role within the Sales Finance team that will provide financial analysist & reporting of business results. This role will assist and support the Director, Sales Finance, and will partner with members of the broader Finance organization, Business Operations, and Sales teams. Key responsibilities include monthly and quarterly financial reporting, OpEx and headcount forecasting, and supporting the annual planning cycle. This individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive clear understanding of business results through regular reporting, analytics, and business insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develop, analyze, report and present actual/forecast/budgeting for spending, headcount and capital investments
- Help to identify and articulate risks and opportunities relevant to the forecast
- Partner various managers providing business support and guidance
- Prepare financial projections for key planning sessions, including the Annual Operating Plan
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations to prepare critical analyses of business results (trend analysis, productivity metrics, etc.)
- Participate on cross-functional teams focused on process improvement and improving operational efficiency
- Help to implement financial modeling improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and support new initiatives
- Assist with monthly reporting packages around revenue, bookings, billings, and spending, including dashboard design
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related experience is required
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Forecasting and Budgeting tools preferred
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within various teams, and across different levels of leadership
