Remote USA

Job Description (Role Profile)

Avid is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager, based in the US. You will be part of a team focused on asset management, post-production, digital supply chain and cloud-based solutions. You will be carrying out consultative selling, account planning and account management. Success of this role will be measured by your ability to drive pipeline activity and achieve results against a defined quota. Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, have a high sense of urgency, and driven by producing superior results.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Builds and maintains executive relationships with assigned customers.

- Influences long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor while going deeper and wider within the accounts to maximize opportunities for Avid's solutions.

- Develops and executes accounts, territory or opportunity business plan, resulting in a robust pipeline with continuous engagement, education, and ensuring satisfaction of the installed base.

- Utilizes Sales Force CRM for all activities and account management.

- Able to mobilize resources and develop pipeline for the given territory in collaboration with marketing.

- Qualifies, and assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Avid deployment.

- Articulates key differentiators and typical customer buying journeys and display a passion for computer science, Media/Entertainment and cloud.

- Manages multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary.

- Serves as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.

- Meets or exceeds assigned quarterly sales quotas with +/- 5% forecast accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Skilled at networking and uncovering new opportunities

- Solution Selling based methodology with the ability to convey value and differentiation

- Minimum of 5-10 years of technology sales experience, with a track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned quota

- Demonstrated success in strategic account selling in the Media & Entertainment space but experience in Media Asset Management, AWS, Azure, GCP and post-production a plus

- Strong business acumen; polished, and articulate, comfortable selling and presenting to senior level executives

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Creative problem solver who can react quickly and multi-task

- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

- SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS experience a plus

- Fluent with Salesforce.com, MS Office, LinkedIn, and social media

- Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer or Pro Tools knowledge is a plus

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
