What we're looking for:
You are a passionate and results-orientedSenior Manager, Technical Program Managementto drive software delivery functions. As aSenior Manager, Technical Program Management (TPM), you will manage a team of geographically distributed TPM who are leading multiple simultaneous projects to deliver software tools and services for cloud and on-prem.

Position Overview:
Help manage multiple project executions to deliver with predictability, quality and transparency
You'll provide technical and process leadership to a team of experienced Technical Program Managers.
The candidate will have relentlessly high standards for themselves and everyone they work with and will be constantly looking for ways to improve build performance, quality and cost.
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
Responsible for hiring and developing the best Program Leads and creating a team culture that is constantly raising the bar.
You are both strategic in building a high performing team and tactical in delivering optimal result.

Role Requirements
- Drive roadmap and quarterly planning process across Product & Engineering.
- Support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced projects.
- Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation and continuous learning.
- Remain in sync with best industry practices and drive their adoptions.
- Holds team members accountable to high standards and model best practices in communication and conflict resolution within and outside of team.
- Continuously elevate the team to higher standard and performance with accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and confidence to present to large audiences.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years management experience.
- 7+ years of leadership roles on software development programs.
- Hands on experience in agile transformation.
- Knowledge and experience in delivering Cloud-based SaaS projects.
