• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in ensuring that the day to day warehouse operations run seamlessly

Essential Functions:

• Primarily responsible for receiving raw materials/ Packaging materials/Miscellaneous materials in Amneal and ERP System

• Responsible for proper data entry in all warehouse log book

• Responsible for issuing materials into Batch record and Inventory cards

• Responsible for creating work order/Issuing materials to WO in ERP System

• Responsible for disposal of expired/rejected raw material, in process material, finished product and packaging component

• Maintain 100% CGMP & Compliance during complete operation of Warehouse

• Follow Amneal's warehouse SOP's at all times

• Check all outgoing stocks to ensure that they are in good condition and make sure that all documents are accurately signed for proper documentation.

• Oversee and participate in the stocking of products; plan storage locations; determine proper location of supplies to allow for maximum space utilization

• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, safe and secure condition

• Reconcile & Maintain Inventory of quarantine and release raw material and packaging component as per SOP

• Maintain retesting system of raw material at the start of the month (first week)

• Maintain disposal material cage

• Driving truck, loading, unloading of material

Education:

• High School or GED - Required

• 3 years or more in Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding terminology of the job -

• Must have basic math skills -

• Must be flexible to work extended hours/weekends as and when required -

• Planning and organizational skills -

• Good Communication skills -

• Must have leadership and team player skills -

• Must know forklift operating system

• Knowledge of pallet movers

• Forklift Certified--Required

• Must have CDL --Required

• MS Office --Required
