Job Description Summary

The San Diego Union - Tribune is looking for a campaign coordinator who will be responsible to assist Sales Representatives with Ad order entry, artwork trafficking, order troubleshooting and customer communication.

Job Description

Major Job Responsibilities:


  • Accurate and complete entry of advertising print orders

  • Trafficking of artwork for print orders

  • Troubleshooting orders such as customer changes and credit issues

  • Communication status of print orders to clients and sales representatives

Requirements:


  • High school diploma

  • Experience working in a deadline intensive environment

  • Experience communicating professionally with customers

  • Ability to work with ad order entry and art file management software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
