PROGRAM MANAGER, INFORMATION SECURITY

SUMMARY

The Information Security Program Management focuses on execution of various large and complex programs and projects delivering solutions and services across the organization working with multiple security, IT and various business unit leadership/stakeholders. The Program Manager s responsibilities include but not limited to creating project roadmaps, key metrics, timely communication of status and escalations, risk management, budget management, executive presentations and complex issue resolution. Must have technical understanding of various Information Security tools and processes, ability to implement and drive quality processes and industry best practices and be able to provide program/project recommendations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will provide project/program management support for the delivery of enterprise-wide programs such as but not limited to delivery of cloud Information Security capabilities. The role will be responsible for ensuring communication, timeline, resource needs and tasks across capability owners are in alignment with the program roadmap and strategy. The program manager is expected to interact with capability owners and team leads to align on priorities, timely reporting and escalation of risks and issues, progress updates to the InfoSec PMO and executive leadership, creating and maintaining program and project roadmaps. Must have experience with integrating security technologies and cloud products in AWS and Azure.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Project/Program Management

Track deliverables, milestones, deadlines

Coordinate project logistics, details, and contracts

Interface and manage communication with customer project contacts

Establish reporting and communications with stakeholders

Help prioritize product roadmaps across multiple workstreams in collaboration with key stakeholders

Systems integration project management (cloud experience is a must)

Identify and communicate project/program risks, issues, and action items

Manage and maintain program roadmap, scope, and objectives

Facilitate regular program reviews

Participate in project standups as needed

Produce and maintain program documentation

Work closely with the information security teams and technical and functional leads to drive project prioritization, planning and execution

Ensure projects across the program are well-planned, executed efficiently, delivered with high quality

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Program/Project Management with 8-10 years of experience

Experience with Information Security and Cloud projects a must

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Integration of security technologies that are hosted in the cloud

Familiarity with full SDLC, including best practices

Knowledgeable with Agile methodology

Understanding of information security technology

Cloud integration expertise, particularly with AWS and Azure

Ability to prioritize tasks and hold team members accountable

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Outstanding communication abilities, written and verbal

Diplomacy skills, able to encourage and inspire a diverse group of people

Knowledge of information security principles

Familiarity with MS Office

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and personal commitment to results

Ability to be productive and successful without close supervision

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING

Four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred

Training in Agile methodology preferred (certified Scrum Master a plus, but not required)
