TITLE: RECRUITMENT ANALYST CONTRACTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide support to the digital engagement activities of the Engagement & Enrollment team through:

* Ongoing review and reporting of key metric data - partner with Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) to review dashboard performance metrics and troubleshoot the appropriateness of data; meet with Recruitment Specialists individually and as a group to review campaign specific reports; function as a point of contact/escalation for issues and triage as necessary/appropriate,

* Generate data reports for relevant recruitment campaigns to evaluate tactics

* Provide ongoing support and maintenance of team SharePoint efforts and responsible for development of an insight tracker

* Supports Strategic Implementation Lead with invoice/fund tracking and management for recruitment vendors

* Provides ongoing support to key aspects of BMS Study Connect, including but not limited to, validation and maintenance of study data, ongoing follow-up of the patient referral process and assist with the ongoing quality control of the patient screeners

* Other project related support as needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

* Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a research or vendor setting
