Currently searching for a qualified individual to provide part-time support (approx. 20 hrs./week - daytime hours) -at a Timken facility previously is preferred-to plan, develop and implement plant information systems and information architecture, including the development and implementation of new functionality, support and maintenance of existing functionality. The position includes both senior technical support and applications development responsibilities, as a member of a multi-disciplined, autonomous work group. Working knowledge and understanding of the Timken Asheboro Plant's products, processes and manufacturing equipment is desired.

The qualified candidate would have:

- Approximately 10 years experience in instancing parts; preferrably at the Timken Asheboro Plant or equivalent Timken facility.

- Approximately 10 years experience performing revision control; preferrably at the Timken Asheboro Plant or equivalent Timken facility.

- Approximately 10 years experience working with current systems and programming languages (MBA loader - Perl, Pre-ICAD ADL - Java, Bpel, SQL, PLSQL); preferrably at the Timken Asheboro Plant or equivalent Timken facility
