Job Description:

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for the day to day warehouse activities such as delivering boxes and items to customer sites, pull, stock, inventory, bar coding customer boxes or items. This is in order to provide record storage services to new and existing customers. The work schedule is full-time.


Position Responsibilities



  1. Pull and stock customer’s boxes or items.

  2. Scan and bar code incoming boxes and items.

  3. Deliver boxes or items to customer sites or offices.

  4. Process work orders.

  5. Handle rush deliveries.

  6. Sell and educate existing and potential new customers on Corodata services.

  7. Work with office staff to process required paperwork.

  8. Deal with customer problems and issues.

  9. Promotes Corodata’s Mission Vision Statement.

  10. Continuously promotes compliance with company policies and procedures.

  11. Other duties may be assigned, as needed or warranted, by management.

Basic Qualifications



  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED);

Preferred Qualifications



  • Two plus years related experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to handle and safeguard sensitive and confidential information required.

  • Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to speak and communicate well in English with customers and coworkers.

  • Basic reading and writing skills.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Effectively communicate with people in potentially stressful situations.

  • Basic understanding of a PC.

May also include climbing or descending stairs while carrying goods up to 50 pounds.
