Where You'll Work

Come join our team as an Information Technology Intern next summer! As an intern, you will be working with the Corporate Services Clinical Analytics team and assist leadership teams in the design and development of value-added reports and applications to meet requirements and drive improved decision making within the team.

During the 12-week summer internship, you will have the opportunity to collaborate within your department and across the business while learning from some of our brightest and most innovative employees in your area of focus.

Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeks summer 2021.

What You'll Do

• Conduct research related to Express Scripts and its clients


• Perform data analysis and assist in data reporting as needed


• Make or assist in making oral and/or written presentations to management


• Interact with IT vendor partners, business clients and other internal partners


• Assist in complex problem solving and in finding new technical solutions and perspectives


• Assist in coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software application programs


• Collaborate in operations reporting, internal reporting, and developing tools for operational success


• Provide support for ad-hoc needs as identified by team

• Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an Bachelors program with a 3.0 GPA or higher


• Preferred majors include, but are not limited to, Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, and Business Information Systems


• Team player with strong interpersonal skills


• Excellent analytical/technical knowledge and skills


• Innovate thinker and problem solver


• Eager to learn and gain knowledge in this industry
