ECC Financial Advisor at Cigna in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

The Enterprise Client Computing (ECC) Financial Advisor (FA) is the liaison between ECC and Global Intake Agile Product Analyst (IAPA), Global Intake Architects and the Product/Service APMs.The IAPM develops accurate scope/financial assessments, collaborates with Product/Service APMs to assess team capacity and performs high-level decomposition to create a well-organized, value-driven framework of features

In addition, the IAPM will closely align with ECC's Strategic Roadmap team in its development and maintenance of ECC's roadmap incorporating value assessments and prioritization.

Because of the many teams engaged with the Global Intake process the qualified candidate must be have excellent communication skills working and be comfortable working in a fast-paced matrix environment.He/She will work in a matrixed environment partnering with ECC and its Shared Services partners removing the 'noise' (solution confirmation and resource capacity) and blockers (funding, approvals) prior to transiting to those doing the work.

  • Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business acumen

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Business and Technology stakeholders including Endpoint, Infrastructure and Software Engineering and Security (CIP).

  • Passionate advocate, with the ability to identify, champion customer needs and improve processes with Agile principles in mind

  • Experience with matrixed working relationships, and best practices of Agile methodologies

  • Understand and carry out written and oral instructions

  • Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision even when under pressure

  • Ability to plan, direct, coordinate work activities of others

  • Ability to use sound judgement

  • Ability to communicate with and manage expectations of people in a cross-functional environment

  • Results-oriented individual with persistence to complete tasks and assignments despite obstacles

  • Must be a current Express Scripts or Cigna contractor

Education


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher strongly preferred

  • Experience in Agile tools (JIRA/Rally), collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint, HipChat,etc.), Visio, reporting tools (Tableau) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow,iServ,etc.)a plus
