The Manager in Training position will rotate through the various departments in the hotel to learn the functions, responsibilities, processes and procedures while providing exceptional guest service and support the team members in each department. This training program is designed to develop the leadership, analytical, problem-solving skills and guest/team member-focused solutions.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
*BA or BS or equivalent experience
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
*Strong writing and proofreading skills
*Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner
*Independent, highly motivated, excellent problem solver, ability to maintain confidentiality
*Willingness to remain flexible and accessible for communication and consultation
