Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Data Clerk

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant/Data Clerk in McLean, VA. This position will support the Accounting Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

- Input Service Calls & Preventive Maintenance Tickets in Maximo

- Involvement with Procurement in providing documentation and follow-up (Tracking)

- Assist and/or cover Administrative Assistant - BOC

- Attend meetings with Client and US

- Filing, receptionist and updating site information

- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Must possess the ability to type up to 40wpm

- Two (2) or more years of Office experience and data entry

- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Physical Demands:

- Prolong sitting
