SHIFT
Day: 7:00 - 3:30 p.m.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The LPN provides Resident care for the day shift by promoting and restoring Residents’ physical and psychological health by completing the nursing process; collaborates with physicians, Residents, and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to Residents, families and team members. This position directs the care on our evening shift.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer previous nursing experience in a long-term care or Life Plan setting. Holds a current LPN license in the State of Ohio and CPR. Excellent organization, teamwork and communication skills. Ability to use electronic medical records to chart resident care.
