The Hospital Microbiology Lab Manager will join a 300+ bed acute care facility that his also home to a Level I Trauma Center. This medical center has been around for more than 100 years and continues to expand their service line to better serve the community, over the years they have added a state of the art Birthing Center, an Imaging Center, Cancer Care and many others. The Hospital Microbiology Lab Manager will work with both the Director of the Technical Services and the Director of Lab Operations to develop department goals and create a vision for the unit to follow. The day to day management will fall under the umbrella of the Hospital Microbiology Lab Manager. Working to retain young Lab members and help them develop skills to be a long time employee will be key responsibly.  This medial center is prepared to move forward with certified Medical Technologist, Medical Lab Scientist and Histotechnologist.
