Position Description:

• As part of a team or independently, person must meet with internal clients to discuss their needs and interpret those needs into a final visual product.

• Collaboration with brand management and interactive management for brand element designs for all traditional (print) and non-traditional (digital web, ecommerce and social) platforms.

• Conceptualizing and implementing the use of meaningful materials and other marketing activities which actively engage the target audiences and relate to the design of tools to communicate and education consumers based on brand guidelines.

• Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design processes, methodology, and the issues particular to web applications for the design of various banners and ads.

• Ability to balance business drivers and technical constraints.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks concurrently and handle project/situational changes.

• Advocates for an optimal customer experience.

• Collaborates with Brand Management Team to help develop design/layout and retain strong marketing campaign/branding.

• Facilitate requests for photography of products for print and web applications

• Ability to design and create in multiple platforms including Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, etc…

• Independently trend aware of design functions and platforms

• Perform other duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must possess strong organizational skills and personal time management

• Exhibits strong interpersonal communication skills

• Individual must be driven by team-focused environment, not individual accolades

• Ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines

• Ability to quickly learn and pick up on complex ideas

• Willingness to multi-task, jump in and help any campaign

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field of study

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Professional with basic skills in HTML and CSS.

• Advanced coursework in multimedia, graphic design, and Web design is desirable

• Knowledge of color theory, layout and graphic design principles, fontography, typography; principles and operation of the Internet; photography; advanced video production, editing and animation techniques a plus

Essential Functions/Physical Demands:

• Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Infrequent standing and walking. Constant sitting.

• Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.

• Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
