Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN at Marquis Companies in Portland, Oregon

Job Description:

In this RCM (RN) role your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of CAAs. This position will be mainly caring for residents who are in need of memory care. Your role will include coordination with Physicians, healthcare providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams, families and manage care through the Charge Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Nurse to best meet the quality of life and care of your residents. This facility currently uses an electronic medical records and electronic charting system.

The qualified candidates will be a RN with strong assessment & care planning skills. Other RN's with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply. 2-3 years experience working as a RN is required. Memory Care experience preferred. You will receive excellent, hands-on training to learn Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
