Job Description:

The Asset Remarketing Titles Team is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles in Chase disposal inventory have a good title prior to offering the vehicle for sale at auction. As a title support member of this team you will have responsibility for, but not limited to, title check-in duties, filing, title distribution and data entry.

Responsibilities Include:

• Frequent interaction with title vendors, auto auctions and other outside vendors.
• Partnering & working with other Re-marketing team members and groups throughout Chase Auto Finance.
• Ability to remain focused over long period of time with minimal mistakes is required.
• Being comfortable with repetitive activities is important..
• Must be able to adhere to all department policies & procedures.

Qualifications

• Team Player - Have excellent organizational and time management to maintain work volume
• Must be self-motivated, focused and have a strong attention to detail
• Proficient PC skills including experience with MS Word and MS Excel
• Must be able to multi task
• Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
• Must be a quick learner and be able to retain information
• Ability work under deadline pressures
• Strong skills; 10 key by touch / 35+ WPM preferred
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time along
• Ability to lift 25lbs frequently
