Works with a wide range of proprietary, industry-standard and open-source data stores and tools to assemble, organize and analyze data
Execute mitigation/control testing with a high degree of quality and accurate results - QC/QA
Communicate testing results clearly to business partners and control support teams
Train MIS users on risk and process procedures to mitigate errors
Develop positive working relationships with all business partners, and other risk and control framework partners to maintain an open environment for collaboration, risk identification, and issue solving/resolution
Identify and communicate recommendations for business process risk mitigation and control improvement
Responsive and accessible to partners and team, collaborates effectively
Manage, self-organize, meet deliverables according to project schedule
Able to document findings, keep detailed records, recommending further review and provide support for further investigations.
Required Skills
Deep understanding of data structure and strong SQL skills (experience building stored procedures and troubleshooting data quality issues)
Adept at explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information to be consumed by audiences at various levels of the business
Demonstrated very high level of professionalism and sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, achieve deadlines and deliver quality results within a team environment
Flexible and adaptable in response to changing demands

2+ years of advanced analytics experience
