Our U.S. Wealth Management Content team is seeking a writer and digital storyteller to shape the way we communicate with our clients and the general public through web articles, thought leadership pieces, social media posts, podcast and video scripts, and newsletters. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized and have an interest in making personal finance and economics more relatable and culturally relevant. We love writers with a good sense of humor.

Our team is at the center of communicating during any major issue in the markets, and your role will be critical to ensuring our clients and employees have the timely information they need during market volatility. The recent market volatility has caused our content and thought leadership to be more important than ever.

The U.S. Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Securities and our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$400 billion in Assets under Management and ~4,000 advisors who work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices.

Main responsibilities:

Create content across a broad range of investment topics for a variety of wealth management channels, from self-directed investors to clients with financial advisors.

Turn the firm's best-in-class thought leadership into "reader-first", digestible content that serves a wide spectrum of client types, from an aspiring affluent to a high net worth audience.

Work with subject matter experts to create new and compelling content through articles, infographics, videos and voice.

Create content that highlights the firm's capabilities and investment thought leaders.

Execute on a forward-looking (but always changing) content calendar, while proactively identifying new and timely content ideas.

Partner closely with content strategists, marketers and communicators around the company.

Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Manage the content approval process to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Assist with and manage other content projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum 3 years of experience working in communications, business news media or marketing. Experience in personal finance / financial content is a plus.

Proven experience in writing digital content writing and editing.

• A natural storyteller with a passion for communicating clearly and making the complex simple.

• Highly organized, creative, collaborative thinker and natural storyteller.

• Ability to influence key stakeholders and champion the use of content in the business.

• Solutions and results-oriented, with ability to multi-task, prioritize actions and deadlines.
