Right now we're looking for a Sr. Shared Services Manager to join our growing team.

The Sr Manager, Shared Services oversees Associate Relations, New Hire Orientation Processes, and additional People Team (PT) administrative functions. This position is also responsible for maintaining confidential associate records and serves as a people manager and data expert.

What Would You Do?

• Sets up and maintains the People Team (PT) call center by outlining functions/duties, selecting and implementing the phone system, and developing tracking and auditing processes; ensuring functions are aligned to the changing business needs of the company.

• Ensures all associate transactions are expressed appropriately in the HR systems, and answers questions and advises People Team (PT) Business Partners on how to express associate changes in the appropriate systems.

• Maintains system compliance and data integrity by auditing files for accuracy and timeliness; completing all reporting accurately.

• Recommends, leads, aligns and implements People Team operational, systematic, and administrative efficiencies through various projects, and systems.

• Acts as a key resource for People Team Business Partners in communication strategies.

• Collaborates with the People and Operations teams to serve as an initial point of consultation, problem resolution, and facilitation in the areas of process improvement.

• Following established policies, employment process procedures, and guidelines; monitors, verifies and authorizes routine personnel actions and requests about existing associates and new hires.

• Oversees the company's Associate Feedback, Unemployment, and Relocation programs and assists with the People Team's budget reporting.

• Presents data on associate relations trends, processes, benefits, orientations, and other HR programs•

Qualifications

• Four year college degree, or equivalent experience

• SPHR/PHR preferred

• 7+ years' diverse and progressive HR generalist experience with strong HRIS application knowledge.

• Sound understanding of compliance and operational risks and internal control frameworks.

• Demonstrated knowledge of laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and rules impacting employment.
