Position Summary

Responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive digital sales strategy that includes the support of our existing digital toolset and the opportunity to provide leadership for strategic initiatives such as: Ecommerce B2C (business to contractor), Store Point of Sale, Commodity Pricing Program, and BI Analytics Dashboards. Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Strategically and aggressively grow the Parts eCommerce and Parts Store businesses:

- Ownership of driving sales using current digital tools including cross sell/up sell, web promotions, banners and featured products.

- Manage implementation of new digital strategy programs across Ecommerce, Store Point of Sale, and Analytics platforms.

- Manage digital communications including social marketing, ecommerce, store, email/text, digital catalog, and printed materials

- Lead pricing initiative with VOC to develop a new market-based pricing strategy aimed to maximize commodity sales.

- Lead implementation of ecommerce B2C strategy including rollout to parts stores, SEO, mobile, direct marketing etc.

- Align marketing across digital channels to maximize reach and impact.

- Partner with the IT team to prioritize resources. Assist in the support of IT solutions.

- Partner with internal marketing team to deliver Daikin brand content including videos, photos and other web page content to increase appeal and drive consumer spending.

- Analytics of eMarketing, VOC, and web traffic:

- Monitor Google Analytics (behavior, clicks, conversions, search) to identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth. Present results and make recommendations.

- Implement pricing programs to maximize Commodity Sales and protect Proprietary products gross margins.

- Manage promotions, online sales, and other tools to increase web visits and drive sales.

- Responsible for the management of the online sales programs, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and reporting.

- Manages the Daikin Applied Parts website to ensure accuracy, relevancy and to incorporate SEO best practices.

- Create a platform that enables aggregation of consumer data, recognition of predictive patterns and positively influences consumer behavior

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree, ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing or communication

- 2+ years or professional work experience with digital sales

- Previous experience with consumer trending and analysis, creating digital marketing content, and identifying ways to increase online sales

- Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Analytics and Tag Manager experience

- Adobe Photoshop experience

- High volume e-commerce retail or competitor experience strongly desired

- Demonstrated example of taking initiative with a solid work ethic

- Exceptional communication skills, well developed listening skills, and ability to interpret business and/or client needs
