Job Description:

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Performs essential duties in the histology laboratory according to accepted practices
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Associate s degree and completion of an accredited histology technician or other applicable training program is preferred.

Training and experience in lieu of education is acceptable.

One year laboratory experience preferred (Student experience acceptable.)

Required License/Certifications/ Registration:

ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) Registry preferred.
