GENERAL SUMMARY
This is a 3-month temporary role to assist with learning technologies and the change management activities needed to implement Campbell University's governance and improve its technology features. The temporary position will be needed as of December 1st, 2020 through March 31st, 2021. The temporary role is part-time (20-25 hours/week).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning Technology Operations
* Coordinate the change activities needed to implement the new Workday Learning user interface (Sept. 2020 release). New release to go live on March 13th, 2021
* Distribute and communicate Campbell University (CU) standards to all extended learning administrators
* Create and maintain the catalog of Campbell U courses, including a pdf and digital topic view
* Develop and submit requirements for frequently used Talent Center of Excellence (COE) business reports
* Collect and implement changes to email and inbox notifications
* Distribute & collect Survey Monkey data for all instructor-led courses; partner with the L&D Manager to create a monthly dashboard
* Add metadata to all master courses as needed (e.g., images and skills)
* Schedule all COE L&D master courses & scheduled offerings
* Create campaigns for COE courses
* Mark attendance for all COE L&D learning programs
* Participate in the Workday Learning Community to stay aware of any significant technology changes
* Coordinate the inactivation of all ANZ courses in Workday Learning.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Experience with a Learning Management System required (Workday Learning preferred).

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Philadelphia area- Can work remotely until re-integration into the Camden office. A flexible, hybrid schedule can be discussed upon reintegration into the Camden office.
