What success looks like in this role:

* Support key technical accounting and policy processes, including the Company's annual goodwill impairment analysis, the quarterly going concern assessment, EPS, asset impairment analyses, and derivatives, among others.
* Assist with the Company's analysis of new accounting guidance (i.e. FASB, EITF, SEC, and PCAOB guidance)
* Maintain and update the global Unisys accounting policies
* Assist in compiling information used to prepare the Company's quarterly and annual SEC filings and maintain the tie-out of these filings to supporting documentation
* Manage centrally managed transactions (e.g. stock-based compensation, equity transactions, goodwill, leases, derivatives, etc.) ensuring accuracy, completeness, compliance with accounting principles, and alignment with underlying transaction support.
* Maintain critical documentation and provide certain requested support to internal stakeholders, as well as internal and/or external auditors
* Collaborate with various functional departments (Accounting, Finance, SEC Reporting, Investor Relations, Tax, and Treasury) as appropriate and assist with ad hoc request.
* Perform all accounting and reporting duties in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
* Interact with both internal and external auditors as needed
* Seek to make recommendations for improvements of work-flow and systems to management as part of our continuous improvement focus.
* Participate in various special projects as needed



You will be successful in this role if you have:
* Bachelors in Accounting
* 4+ years' experience in previous corporate accounting and/or Public/private mix
* CPA required
* Experience with Oracle, FCCS, Workiva, or similar systems preferred
* Strong Excel skills required (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Etc.)
* Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, multi-tasking environment.
