The CRA Specialist will assist the CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) Department with administrative tasks and special projects related to all CRA matters specific to CRA data collection, exams/audits, inquiries, outreach strategies and activities. This position will be responsible for assisting in the department's day to day support functions, all administration aspects, as well as special Bank events, as determined by the CRA Compliance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Compile data and conduct data validation and data integrity review of reportable CRA small business loans and community development loans for annual submission; assess geographic and borrower lending.

- Provide administrative support by creating folders, filing documentation, and assisting with special projects.

- Maintain files and all supporting documentation for the Department (including but not limited to Lending, Service, and Investments).

- Monitor and approve volunteer hours submitted by employees and obtaining all necessary supporting documentation.

- Coordinate, track, and maintain records for all trainings, activities, and attendees.

- Maintain a working knowledge of CRA laws and regulations.

- Attend meetings, events, and conferences to gain CRA knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with event coordination preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
