Looking for a digitally savvy, data-driven marketing crusader to help enter and succeed in new and familiar markets, generate awareness and qualified leads, and fine-tune the customer experience. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the process and pipeline for creation, execution, and activation of digital campaigns and omnichannel marketing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION


  • Designs, plans, managers and optimizes integrated plans and campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.

  • Monitors and reports campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs.

  • Creates impactful programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.

  • Works with business leaders to develop campaigns to build brand awareness, support launch efforts into new markets and promotes products and services

  • Grows distribution across all channels, not just owned channels

  • Builds programs that support sales enablement and makes sure content reaches the right part of the customer journey at the right time.

  • Ensures all demand content is high quality, up to date and consistent with style and brand guidelines.

  • Plans, executes and implements global marketing communication activities based on the business and marketing strategy

Education (degree or years) and/or Certification/Registration

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

Type and Length of Experience


  •  8-10 years

  •  Experience in both Inbound and outbound marketing strategy

  •  Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns

  •  Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attributes Desired in Candidate


  • Creative, forward thinking self starter with an attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders across different areas

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
